Homelessness has been on the rise in Canada in recent years, and every year it breaks my heart to see my fellow community members sleeping on the streets in temperatures that can reach lower than -30 degrees. We all deserve to be warm, safe, and nourished. As someone who suffered the threat of homelessness myself, I humbly ask for your support as myself and my peers at the Psychology Association of Lakehead Students (Orillia Campus) fight against homelessness in our community.
