It's cold out there. And this February, we are going to do something about it. In suppot of a cause, dear to my father's heart, I am fundraising for the Cloverdale Community Kitchen. This organization provides meals, warmth, and support to those struggling in my father's community. My father, Dave Glasstetter, has been a volunteer here for many years and this is their primary fundraising event. This year they have served 16,531 community meals, delivered 31,929 meals to those in need, provided 682 days of shelter to those needing warmth, have had 16,170 visits to their food bank, and all this has been possible because of their volunteers, who provided 32, 672 volunteer hours.
