It's cold out there. And this February, I'm going to do something about it. Together with other people across the country, I'll be walking and fundraising to support people and families experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness in my community. I will be walking for Micah Ecumenical Ministries. They have been serving the Fredericksburg area for almost two decades and are cultivating a continuum of compassion with unhoused neighbors. Our goal is to serve people experiencing homelessness, and walk alongside them in their journeys back into housing and back into community.
