Hi Ron, Innovators often speak of standing on the shoulders of giants. I guess I ride on the backs of those, like you and Diane and Ursula, who actually get out there and do things to help. As for walking, two block to the beach are still pretty much what I can handle, but my strength is returning. It's been a long haul with many wonderful health professionals pointing the way.
