Thank you for donating last year to the Coldest Night of the Year. It's cold out there and once again I will be walking with other people across the country to help those experiencing hurt, hunger and homelessness.  Our walk this year is February 22nd. Why do I wallk? I walk because I want to support the work of Micah Ecumenical Ministries. When the temperatures outside are unsafe, they open a cold weather shelter or warming centers.  They provide a place to eat every night as well as help in finding permanent housing.  This is just a small part of what they do.  As I volunteer with them in community dinners, I get to meet and serve my neighbors.
