Why I'm walking (and freezing) this February...
Henderson Lake might be chilly in February, but not as cold as the challenges faced by those experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness in our community. That’s why I’m teaming up with Wood's Homes to form my own team - the LA Henderson Lakers (yes, I'm proudly repping “LA” for Lethbridge, Alberta) for the Coldest Night of the Year.

This is a great excuse to go for a fun walk while showing compassion, raising awareness, and making a tangible difference for people in need through the amazing work of Wood’s Homes.
