It's cold out there. This year we will be out and about Nelson on a cold evening in February to think about people who are at risk of homelessness. This annual event has made it possible to refurbish Ward Street Place and support the residents. Safe, stable and affordable housing, plus personal support and guidance from a staff member has transformed the lives of residents.
