Subject: Support My Participation in the Coldest Night of the Year Campaign
On February 24, I will be braving the cold to participate in Cornerstone Landing's Coldest Night of the Year campaign—an annual event raising awareness and funds for youth experiencing homelessness in our community.
I am walking because of the undeniable connection between homelessness, crime, justice, victimization, and the need to repair harm. Too often, individuals facing housing instability become involved in the justice system—not because of criminal intent, but due to the challenges of survival. At the same time, people expreincing homelessness are more likely to be victims of crime and also experience the devastating impacts of homelessness and poverty. Supporting this cause means investing in prevention, safety, and long-term solutions for vulnerable youth in our region.
Would you consider sponsoring me in this walk? I don't know if I will be doing the 2K or the 5K it depends on the day. Every donation, no matter the amount, helps Cornerstone Landing provide essential support services, housing assistance, and advocacy for youth in need.
You can donate directly through my fundraising page here. Click the donate button above.
Thank you for your support in making a difference for young people in our community. Your generosity will help create real, lasting change.
Warm regards,
