I deliver propane. In the fall it was raining hard all day. I saw a man and his dog walking in the rain heading south from Coboconk, Ont. it seemed odd but I continued to deliver propane and drove into town. I delivered propane most of the afternoon and headed home as my day was late. As i drove back 20 km to Fenelon Falls I passed the same man and his dog they were soaking wet and no doubt freezing cold. I cringe as I think that maybe i could have helped and didn't. Luke 16:19-31
