As someone who struggles with mental health, I can understand some of the hardships our communities face. I'd just like to be able to help and support others who are struggling for numerous reasons. 

It's cold out there. And this February, I'm going to do something about it. Together with thousands of Canadians across the country, I'll be walking and fundraising to support people and families experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness in my community.
