Happy Long Weekend!

As a family, we will be doing the Coldest Night of the Year walk to raise money supporting WATTS, a local organization that offers people shelter from the elements, safe places to sleep, and assistance working through major life struggles with unemmployment, homelessness, financial insecurity and addiction. We are not doing this for 'the homeless' in the abstract; we will be thinking of specific faces and names we know from engaging with folks at the Winchester Rescue Mission lunch and dinner services we have been doing on the weekends since last summer.

We feel it's totally worth it to walk a 5K to help out others when it's a matter of life and death like this, and we hope you will consider sponsoring Team Z. in our fundraising efforts, and/or come join us on the walk!
