It's cold out there. And this February, I'm going to do something about it. Together with thousands of Canadians across the country, I'll be walking and fundraising to support people and families experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness in my community.

We are specifically supporting The Eagle's Nest Waterdown. www.eaglesnestwaterdown.ca

They are an organization that offers counselling, coaching and support programs to adults, youth and children. They help people understand themselves, care for their mental health and learn new tools for healthy relationships.
