I’m so excited to be participating in this year’s Ride for Refuge in support of one of my favourite organizations—Matthew House Refugee Centre. This incredible charity brings hope, safety, and freedom to people seeking refuge and a fresh start in Canada.

Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Matthew House and connecting with so many courageous and inspiring families. Their stories have deeply moved me, and I’ve seen firsthand how vital community support is in helping newcomers feel welcomed, safe, and empowered.

This ride is more than just a fundraiser—it’s a way to stand in solidarity with those who have been displaced and are rebuilding their lives. I’m riding to raise awareness, to amplify their voices, and to help provide the resources they need to thrive.
