THANKS FOR SUPPORTING ME!

I'm excited to be in the RIDE and fundraising together for Catholic Family Services Prince Albert, who brings hope and cares for families in need with humility, compassion and respect.

Catholic Family Services Prince Albert meets the needs of families, whether young or old; poor or affluent; Aboriginal, African, European, Asian, or Caucasian; urban or rural.  The needs of families they meet are anything from grief, relational issues, addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, family conflict, behavioral issues, domestic violence, anger issues, and spirituality; whether through therapy or a practical educational program.  I have the awesome privilege of serving these families alongside my colleagues, as a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Play Therapist.

I have created Team Shalom to ride/walk for CFSPA again--for this fourth year in a row--to ensure shalom in northern Saskatchewan.  Shalom signifies more than just peace and mental health, but rather wholeness, completeness, fullness, tranquility, and thriving in body, soul, spirit, and mind.  At CFSPA people have found more wholeness--yes in mind, but also in relationships, physical well-being, and their spiritual journey.
