Journey Home envisions a world where all refugees experience hope and belonging as they engage in meaningful participation in their communities and flourish in all aspects of life.

This year, Journey Home Community is celebrating a special anniversary - 20 years of impact. Over this time, they have supported more than 1700 individuals from 700 families and 72 countries. 

Your support will help newcomer families flourish by including and welcoming with housing, food security, access to practical community support, and a caring community.
