I’m walking for our seniors—and I’d love your support!
On Saturday, September 20, 2025, I’ll be lacing up my sneakers at the Orchid Pavilion in Downsview Park, North York, as part of The Grand Parade—a nationwide walk to support aging friends, family, and neighbors.
I’m walking with Team Walkie Talkies, raising funds for Circle of Care, a non-profit that helps seniors across the GTA live at home with dignity, independence, and connection.
Why it matters:
Most Canadians want to age at home—but health challenges, isolation, and mobility issues often get in the way. Circle of Care steps in to bridge that gap with life-changing services like:
Meals on Wheels
iRide transportation
Dementia day programs
Exercise & wellness classes
Social connection & caregiver support
Every dollar raised helps real people—those with no family nearby, those struggling to stay mobile, and those simply needing a bit of extra care.
