In Canada, growing older can often rob people of status, a sense of being valued, and even self-respect. On September 20, 2025, I'm walking and fundraising to publicly honour and support aging friends and family.

With the funds raised in The Grand Parade will be used to support our adult neighbours through weekly groups, serving projects, grocery runs and phone care.
