Ride for Refuge: Brewing Hope

Your morning coffee and a refugee's journey may seem worlds apart, but for some, it's a journey from the same place. Let's warm our hearts to those seeking safety, just as we warm our hands around a cup of coffee.. Join the Cafe Lovers team for Ride for Refuge, a cycling-walking event supporting Journey Home Community's vital services, including emergency housing for newcomers in Metro Vancouver. Led by Colombian and Nicaraguan Canadians, we'll ride for hope and raise crucial funds for those in need.

Ride Details:

- Date: October 4, 2025
- Distance: Choose from 2.5km or 5km walking routes, or 10km or 20km biking routes
-Start/Finish:

5240 Woodwards Rd, Richmond, BC V7E 1H1

- No registration fee, but fundraising is encouraged! 
- Can't ride? Donate to Journey Home Community and help provide emergency housing, food, and essential services to refugees.
