Judy and I are walking to raise support for an orphanage in Haiti (l'Arche) and a medical clinic in South Sudan (Doro). Haiti is in turmoil with gangs, hunger and anarchy. The orphanage provides a safe refuge, education and hope for the children it cares for. The South Sudanese are in a dire situations with civil war producing many refugees and danger, with famine, floods and malaria. The clinic provides medical treatment and nourishment.
