In Canada, growing older can often lead to a loss of independence, status, and a sense of being valued. On September 20, 2025, I’m walking and fundraising in support of Circle of Care, an organization that provides essential services to seniors - including my own grandmother.

Thanks to their compassionate care and support, my grandmother is able to age with dignity, and I’m able to manage my other responsibilities, including work, family, and caregiving. Their help has made an incredible difference in our lives.

This walk is my way of giving back and showing appreciation - for her, and for the many families like mine who rely on these vital services every day.
