🎉 Walking for Seniors in Ottawa
On September 20, 2025, I’ll be lacing up my shoes and walking with purpose in The Grand Parade—a national fundraising event for charities across Canada. I’m proud to be walking on behalf of the Olde Forge Community Resource Centre in Ottawa, which provides essential support and services to seniors.

👟 Why It Matters
The Olde Forge plays a vital role in helping older adults age with dignity, vitality, and connection. Due to provincial underfunding, the Olde Forge is forced to reduce services to vulnerable seniors.

In our society, growing older often robs people of status, a sense of being valued, and even self-respect. Together, we can ensure that aging is not just about surviving--but thriving, where every senior feels seen, supported, and celebrated.
