Journey Home Community helps refugee claimants who arrive in Canada needing support with housing, settlement resources, friendship, etc.  This year is a special anniversary - 20 years of impact welcoming over 1,700 individuals from 700 families and 72 countries.
 

I started volunteering with Journey Home in 2006.  It has been a privilege coming alongside many courageous, resilient refugee claimants, and helping to run the Ride for Refuge.
 

On October 4th, I will wheel to declare solidarity with millions of people in Canada and around the world who are displaced, exploited, persecuted, or abused.  Your donation will help these people build a new life of safety, freedom, and hope.
