Hello friends and family

I have recently joined the volunteer Board of Directors of Nelson Community Services (NCS) in Nelson, BC.  This charitable organization support families, youth and individuals in the Nelson area. 

Close to my heart within NCS is the Aimee Beaulieu Transition House, which is the only transition house in Nelson.

The house is always at capacity and there is a need for additional services to support these families so NCS is is thrilled to be launching it’s signature fundraiser for Aimee Beaulieu Transition House, Ride for Refuge during this, it’s 30th Anniversary year of providing shelter and support services to women and children fleeing violence and abuse. “
