Hello fellow amazing people!

I have recently joined the volunteer Board of Directors of Nelson Community Services (NCS) in Nelson, BC. 

Close to my heart within NCS is the Aimee Beaulieu Transition House which provides a safe and secure haven to women and children fleeing domestic violence.  https://www.servicesfyi.ca/aimee-beaulieu-transition-house/

The Transition House is always at capacity and there is need for additional services to support these families, so NCS is thrilled to be participating in a Ride for Refuge Fundraiser for the Aimee Beaulieu Transition House.  I will walk a 5 km marathon on Oct 4th in support of this event.
