Hi everyone!

My name is Maya Lopez, and I'm fundraising for the FCJ Refugee Center because I believe that with all of the barriers like Bill C-2, refugees need support now more than ever. FCJ Refugee Center offers many programs and services to better the lives of its clients, such as shelter, education, legal assistance, and more. The center does not receive government funding, so I want to fundraise to make sure that these programs can continue running. 

* Bill C-2 intends to further restrict and infringe on the human rights of refugees and immigrants through border control and over-surveillance.
