Hello Family and Friends on this balmy day in Plainfield IL (13 degrees when I wrote this message, though feels like -3)!
Did you know we have folks right in our own community, that are struggling to stay warm and have basic necessities to live on? This coming February 28, a group of friends and I are going to do something about it by participating in our 3rd annual Coldest Night of the Year fundraiser. All proceeds we raise will benefit the Daybreak Homeless Shelter in Joliet IL (run by Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Joliet).
