This year, I am turning my daily push ups into a mission to make a difference. As I celebrate my 76th birthday on December 10, I am challenging myself to complete a record setting push up goal to raise funds and awareness for The Lighthouse, an organization that provides hope, shelter, and support to individuals experiencing homelessness in Orillia.

For years, I have made it my routine to do 1,000 push ups every single day. Now, through Strength for Shelter, I am inviting you to join me in turning that personal challenge into community impact.
