A cold wind blows, and we see winter setting in across the province. Once again, Team Klingon is mobilizing against the cold, and calls for your aid. You see, many of our neighbours are facing a winter where food and shelter are not certainties. In my home town of Timmins, winter temperatures can't often plummet below -40, and unstable weather patterns make penetrating wetness and winter storms all the more common. That's why this year I am working to support the Anti-Hunger Coalition of Timmins. Their programs help provide meals to the most vulnerable, and help keep good, nutritious, affordable meals on the tables of the community. In a time where food prices are continually skyrocketing and market instability is a constant threat, organizations like this one play a critical role in  making sure people get the food they need.
