This winter hits hard for so many people in our communities. So this February, I am lacing up for my 6th Coldest Night of the Year walk. I have walked four times in Gravenhurst and once in North Bay, and every year has reminded me how powerful this event is.

This year, I have chosen to walk in Orillia, a place that is home to members of my family and a community I care about deeply. I am proud to support The Lighthouse, an organization that offers meals, shelter, and life changing support to people facing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.
