What do you do for a mother with thrree small children who went all the way to Michigan when a friend said she'd help, then turned her away when she got there? You wrap your arms around her and put all of them in a safe place. Yes, "it's cold out there," and we intend to make a difference.

Won't you join me in helping those like the mom with three children. Our goal is not to make them long-term homeless, but to help them navigate through the system until they can begin to stand tall on their own two feet again.

I'm a senior citizen now (since I turned 90 this year) and, would you believe, seniors are the fastest growing population in homelessness. Let's work together to do something about it.
