It's cold out there. And this February, I'm going to do something about it. Together with thousands of Canadians across the country, I'll be walking and fundraising to support people and families experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness in my community.

My walking group, One Foot in Front of the Other, is dedicated to our family's beloved cousin, daughter, mother, aunt, niece, wife and sister, Shannon Wade, who motivated us to get active by simply putting one foot in front of the other. We will miss her and are dedicating our walk to her.
