Hi!

It's cold out there. And this February, I'm going to do something about it. Together with thousands of Canadians across the country, I'll be walking and fundraising to support people and families experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness in my community.

I'm the Captain for two teams this year:  the "Uxbridge Rotary Ramblers", and my walking group. We are supporting North House, a local organization that helps people throughout northern Durham facing housing instability, food insecurity, and other challenges.

We'll be walking on February 28th in Port Perry. The 5km route passes by TWO Tim Hortons locations - what are they trying to tell me?? If you're not "up" to join my team and walk with us, (I DO understand) I hope you'll consider making a donation to the Team instead.
