Hello Everyone,

On February 28th I will be walking as part of a team from Holy Trinity Church in the ‘Coldest Night of the Year’ walk for charity.  We are fundraising for Blue Door, which is a charity supporting people and families experiencing homelessness, hurt and hunger in our community.  I have long been a supporter and volunteer for Out of the Cold, which is now under the umbrella of Blue Door.  Our church, Holy Trinity, together with Blue Door, offer a safe and comfortable place for homeless individuals to stay, with meals provided, overnight on Sundays during the cold winter months.  We also offer free clothing and toiletries, which are greatly appreciated.  Every Sunday night from November to the end of April we host up to 34 guests in our church auditorium where we make sure they have a pleasant experience.
