For many years, Shelter KC has been close to my heart. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful compassion and community can be when people are facing hurt, hunger, and homelessness. This year, I’ve been given another opportunity to lean in and support that mission by walking and fundraising on their behalf.
Not everyone may be able to join me on the walk itself—and that’s okay. Support comes in many forms. Whether through a donation, a prayer, or simply sharing encouragement, every act of generosity helps remind people that they are seen, valued, and not alone. I’m deeply grateful to be part of this journey and excited to see how this community shows up to create meaningful impact together.
