On February 28, I’ll be walking in the Coldest Night of the Year—because for too many women, families, and neighbours facing mental health challenges or addictions, the cold isn’t just weather, it’s a daily reality. Through my work with the women’s shelter and frontline supports, I’ve seen the courage it takes to rebuild a life, and I’m walking to honour that strength. Every step is a reminder that no one should face hurt, hunger, or homelessness alone. If you’re able, please support this walk with a donation. Your kindness truly warms more than you know.
