Hi there! I’m a local chiropractor at Cochrane Family Chiropractic, with a passion for helping people of ALL AGES keep their bodies moving and feeling their best. Walking is one of my favourite ways to move, which is why I’m proud to be participating in this year’s Coldest Night of the Year fundraiser.

It’s cold out there. And this February, I’m going to do something about it. Together with thousands of Canadians across the country, I’ll be walking and fundraising to support people and families in our community who are experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.
