This year, the Society of St.Vincent de Paul is partnering with the Coldest Night of the Year—an event run by Blue Sea Foundations—to raise funds for people facing homelessness or poverty. We're doing a five-kilometer walk-a-thon around Westdale, starting at Saint Mary's High School on February twenty-eighth at four PM. With this brutal cold we've had, it really hits home. I hope you'll join my team. And if not... well, would you consider sponsoring me?  Whats better than giving a hand to someone just trying to survive the winter?
