It’s cold out there. Like... having to remind myself I live in Canada because the bugs aren't the size of my hand - cold.

This February, I’m taking part in Coldest Night of the Year to support The Refuge in Oshawa—a youth shelter doing real, practical work to help young people get out of the cold and back on their feet.

I’ll be walking so others don’t have to wonder where they’re sleeping tonight. It’s a small effort on my part, but it can make a big difference when we all chip in.
