Hello family and friends! It's cold out there, this year I'm taking part in the Coldest Night of the Year 5km Walk in Rocky Mountain House,  to support people in our community who are experiencing hurt, hunger and homelessness.

On the coldest night of the year, i'll be walking so others don't have to face the cold alone.
