It's been cold out there and it's time to think about all those people who don't have a warm place to go home to. On February 28th, I am volunteering  at the Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) walk in Canmore and I'm also walking and fundraising to support people experiencing homelessness in the Bow Valley.  

When you think about the Bow Valley and Canmore specifically you don't think of people struggling to make ends meet, people unable to find affordable accomodation or people just trying to stay warm but unfortunately they are here.
