It's cold out there and wet and miserable.  My heart aches when I go  to the downtown Eastside community. And this February, I'm going to do something about it. Together with thousands of Canadians across the country, I'll be walking and fundraising to support people and families experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness in my community.  It is it is so sad that each year the need is greater than the previous year. First United does so many things to help support the downtown Eastside community and this is another example of their support to the community.
