It's been a cold and snowy winter this year. I am so thankful for our warm, cozy home and a kitchen full of warm, filling food. Meanwhile, there is a growing number of homeless people in our city, and less and less funding for charities and programs to help them. This month, my family will once again be taking part in the "Coldest Night of the Year" walk to raise money and awareness for the homeless and food-deprived in our community. All raised funds will go directly to Ray of Hope. Our family started participating in this walk in 2022.
