February is often the coldest month of winter in Calgary although you wouldn't necessarily know it by the recent temperatures. Even with sunshine during the day, it is cold at night and if you have no shelter or insufficient clothing, it can definitely be cold during the day as well. On February 28, I'm going to do my part and walk with thousands of Canadians across the country to fundraise in support of people and families experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness in my community.
