It's cold out there. And this February, I'm going to do something about it.
I'll be volunteering and fundraising to support Eagles Nest of Waterdown where people can come to understand themselves and learn new tools for healthy relationships. They offer therapy, coaching and support programs to adults, youth and children. Their services are low-cost or subsidized to help make them accessible to everyone
