It's cold out there. And this February, I'm going to do something about it. For my 8th grade capstone project, I'll be fundraising to support people and families experiencing hunger and homelessness in my community, and then walking on "The Coldest Night of the Year" in Hartford on February 28th. Thank you everyone so much for contributing to my capstone! It means a lot to me and to the people I am helping out. Everyone donated more than I could have imagined. I am so inspired by how much we accomplished, I am going to raise the goal to $1,500. I am in second place for walkers in Hartford so hopefully I can become the top fundraiser in the Hartford event!
