My team, Team Awesome, will be participating in the walk in Port Hope. Funds raised will support Green Wood Coalition, an organization providing essential services, connection, and care for individuals facing homelessness, poverty, and social isolation in our community through programs like Whole & Well, Redpath, Art Wellness, and Peer Discussion Group in Port Hope and Cobourg.
