Walk and Run for Heart is back for another year! Events will be held all over the province on Sunday, September 18, 2016. Take part in the festivities by walking or running with your friends or family. Take in the views at your own pace – no timers involved!

1. How much money do I need to raise?
   You set your own fundraising goal. The more money you raise the more chance you have to win a prize.
2. When should I begin fundraising?
   You can start your fundraising as soon as you are registered online.
3. How many people will participant in the Walk and Run for Heart?
   We are expecting more than 800 people in Montreal, more than 400 in Quebec, and more than 200 in the Laurentides.
