Canadian BFRB Support Network (CBSN), is Canada's leading resource for hair pullers, skin pickers, professionals and families. We are a non-profit made up of volunteers who run peer support groups for those affected by Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviours (BFRBs). BFRBs such as trichotillomania (hair pulling disorder) & dermatillomania (skin picking disorder) affect 3-5% of Canadians.

We are asking you, our friends, family, co-workers and total strangers, to either sponsor our team, walk/run with us, or simply educate yourself about mental health.

Our team will be walking to represent the BFRB community in Canada. BFRB stands for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviours, which include conditions such as Trichotillomania (Hair-Pulling Disorder), and Dermatillomania (Skin-Picking Disorder). These conditions are not well known, yet they affect up to 2 million Canadians.
