This team is for those who wish to participate to support Darby Project for RRR, but in a different way.
Post your workout and weight pushed in the "LOG MILES" section.
To calculate miles, every 1,000lbs of weight moved = 1 mile.
Ex: 225lbs x 5 reps = 1,125lbs
1,125 / 1,000 = 1.125 miles
