Hi Friends Just got off an international flight with Noro virus and a whole lot of coughing and sneezing going on around us. Going to stay safe, stay home. And keep everyone around me safe. Only 48 hours to go before we walk! Thank you so much for supporting our KYH Walkers 2024 team! Our team donations have far exceeded the goal I set, and my heart is warmed by the generosity of each and every one of you ?? For those of you who are walking, we will meet in front of Kelowna Yoga House at 4:30 pm on Saturday. I am missing a few emails, so I want to make sure I get to everyone!
