Just a note about parking - we start and end at the YWCA, there is little to no parking here as they have torn up the lot in prep for a new building. Your choices are the Kinsmen park lot, or just across the street along spadina and the Meewasin trail there is a lot as well. Don't be afraid of the walk from parking to the YW, think of it as your warm-up. Otherwise it's street parking. The 5k is an out and back loop, 2.5k will have a turn around.
